Summary

The app runs entirely inside Atlassian's cloud infrastructure (Atlassian Forge). No data is sent to, or stored on, any server outside Atlassian. There are no third-party services, analytics, or trackers.

What the app stores

To do its job, the app stores the recurring-issue rules you create. A rule may include the target project key and issue type; the issue summary and description text you enter; optional assignee, reporter, priority, labels, due-date offset and subtask titles; the schedule (frequency, day, hour) and timezone; and bookkeeping fields such as the last time the rule ran and the key of the last issue it created.

Where a rule references a person (assignee or reporter), it stores only that user's Atlassian account ID, which you selected. This data is stored in Forge storage, hosted by Atlassian and scoped to your Atlassian site.

What the app does NOT do

• It does not transmit your data outside Atlassian.
• It does not use third-party analytics or advertising.
• It does not sell or share your data.

Data retention

Rule data is retained until you delete the rule or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes the app's Forge storage for your site.

Permissions

• read:jira-work, write:jira-work — read project/issue-type metadata and create issues
• read:jira-user — list assignable users for the assignee/reporter pickers
• storage:app — store your rules in Forge storage
